Thanks to our wonderful congregation, we have a list of people willing to assist with rides to church/appointments (Squirrel Hill, Shadyside, East Liberty, Regent Square, Oakland, East End and the eastern suburbs), delivering groceries or meals (same areas PLUS Fox Chapel, South Hills), stopping by for a visit, light yard work, light house cleaning, tech support, and reading with or listening to our fellow parishioners in need. What blessings to our church community!
Our collective ministry now is to let the Vestry or Pastor Natalie+ know when someone needs these services. Please contact the parish office with an email (Subject line: Redeemer Cares) asking for it to be passed along. We will match needs with our volunteers! For example, if you regularly need a ride to church and want to know who could assist in your area, let us know and you will have the names and numbers of several people who can help. If you are going to have surgery and will need some assistance with groceries or cleaning for a few weeks, please say something!
